4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

Since your health data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining device security, including:

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Apple HealthKit Integration

If you choose to integrate with Apple Health, data sharing is governed by your iOS permissions and Apple's terms. We access only the data you explicitly authorize.

8.2 Advertising (Free Version)

The free version includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content and data collection are governed by Google's privacy policies.

8.3 App Store Compliance

Your use of the app must comply with the terms and policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 App Availability

We strive to maintain app availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Data and Privacy

11. Termination
